HGSCA and HGSCA Guayaquil Announces a New Addition to its Advisory Board and Three New Board Members
HGSCA and HGSCA Guayaquil announces the appointment of three new members of its Board of Directors and a brand new addition to its Advisory Board.
Joining the Advisory Board is Xavier Ordernana who is a PhD in Economics and Business from U Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain) and the Dean of ESPAE Graduate School of Management – ESPOL (Guayaquil, Ecuador). In addition, Xavier teaches International Business and Economic Environment of Business at the institution as well. He has published in journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education and European Journal of International Management and is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Ecuador team. He has also worked on consulting projects for Inter-American Development Bank and Governmental Agencies in Ecuador. "We are all excited to have Xavier as part of the team. He will contribute tremendously to the growth of the organization with his expertise, ideas and suggestions." Luis W. Moyano, President of HGSCA expressed.
Joining the Board of Directors are Erika Segale and Julian Campo in Guayaquil and Carlos Parra in Houston. “Our new members of the Board represent a community spirit that brings talent, knowledge and power to the organization. Carlos Parra, Director of International Programs and Partnerships at HGSCA, is a PhD Student in Material Science and NanoEngineering at Rice university. He is the first PhD student benefited by the ESPOL – RICE MoU signed by the institutions last year in Houston.
Erika Segale, Director of Marketing at HGSCA Guayaquil, is a fitness expert, life coach, and public figure living in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Her mission is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry and to empower women to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence.
Julian Campo, Director of Trade and Business at HGSCA Guayaquil, is an expert in human behavior, has great experience in coaching professionals in areas such as personal development, productivity , leadership, customer service and sales.
