HGSCA and ESPOL in Guayaquil Signed a Bilateral Agreement to Strengthen the Partnership between Hous
In May 2018, Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral located in Guayaquil, Ecuador and Houston Guayaquil Sister City Association located in Houston, Texas signed a bilateral agreement to promote Culture and Education, Science, Research, Technology, and Civil Engagement that would benefit and strengthen the partnership between Houston, Texas and Guayaquil, Ecuador
The new agreement creates a framework for various activities with the purpose of expanding upon the traditional friendship between the two organizations and further developing the cooperation between them.
The agreement was created as a collaborative effort between HGSCA, HGSCA Guayaquil, and ESPOL. Xavier Moyano, President of HGSCA Guayaquil, and Alejandro Chanaba, Member of HGSCA Advisory Board were present at the event.
Luis W. Moyano, President of HGSCA, expressed, "I hope this agreement attracts more Ecuadorian organizations and companies to take advantage of HGSCA mission and vision to create opportunities to strengthen the Houston and Guayaquil partnership in every area possible."
