Houston Guayaquil Sister City Association (HGSCA) announces its first “Meet and Grow” Business Networking Event supported by the Mayor’s Office of Trade and International Affairs and Sister Cities of Houston

 

As part of HGSCA’s quest to continue serving its local community, HGSCA is organizing a “Meet and Grow” Business Networking Event on Thursday, July 21, 2016, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Legacy Room located at Houston City Hall, 901 Bagby. In addition to a networking reception, the event will include a program featuring remarks by T.H. Jack Christie, City of Houston Council Member and Marsha Murray, Deputy Director of the Office of Business Opportunity for the City of Houston. HGSCA is thankful for the support of the Mayor’s Office of Trade and International Affairs in organizing this event.

 

In addition, the event will offer business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn about a small business program offered by Jennifer Holmes, Director Corporate College, Office of Entrepreneurial Initiatives for the Houston Community College (HCC) and meet with other small to medium-size business owners.

 

Relationships are key to the growth and development of business opportunities. Whether it is connecting customers to the right business or connecting companies to potential partners, HGSCA’s “Meet and Grow” Business Networking Event will allow participants to gain valuable knowledge and make meaningful connections to generate business.

 

HGSCA will open this event to registered participants and members of our organization. Registration will start on June 24, 2016, and the cost of the event is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
